Technical Food 4U is headed by Nicola who is a qualified Food professional with over 20 years in-depth knowledge and experience within the retail and food service sectors of the food manufacturing industry. Nicola has worked and gained experience within the food manufacturing and processing industries working within Technical and New Product Development roles. Since leaving full time employment in 2005 Nicola qualified as a BRC Third Party Auditor, Red Tractor auditor, an IFST and SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) Auditor and Mentor and gained further experience into legal compliance by checking and approving retailer specifications and artwork systems prior to final packaging printing. In summary, providing essential knowledge, experience and support, the ‘full package’, to any small and large business alike. Expertise covers many food categories including high and low risk: Meat Industry, Bakery, Dairy, Snack Foods, Vegetable Processing, Beverages, Sandwiches & Snacks, Sushi, Organic, Ready Meals and Soups and sauces.
